Was here for my first maintenance. Very easy 24x7 drop off with their automated drop box. Dropped car at night, it was ready before noon. I had to schedule over phone of course. Staff answered all the questions I had and even shot a video how to do certain things in settings. Very positive experience overall.

Erik initially helped us when we began looking for a vehicle but we eventually purchased a Kia through Leggat Kia, however Erik helped us get in touch with them and made sure the whole process was smooth and we were taken care of.
