Was here for my first maintenance. Very easy 24x7 drop off with their automated drop box. Dropped car at night, it was ready before noon. I had to schedule over phone of course. Staff answered all the questions I had and even shot a video how to do certain things in settings. Very positive experience overall.

Erik initially helped us when we began looking for a vehicle but we eventually purchased a Kia through Leggat Kia, however Erik helped us get in touch with them and made sure the whole process was smooth and we were taken care of. Erik was extremely professional, easy to talk to and built rapport with us to make us feel comfortable when he was showing us vehicles.
