I've been coming to this location for service on my 2 Mazdas for over a decade. I've never had a single complaint. Whenever I tell them they can change the rear brake pads if they're almost dead like the front ones or swap the other front control arm if it also has a bit of play they strongly insist they only change parts once it's necessary. That's why I have 100% trust they'll never encourage me to do unnecessary repairs, because they won't even when i give them permission to, lol.

I have to give high marks for Leggat Mazda in Burlington ON and especially sales person Nic Oroenwegan. I had the stressful situation of selling my Mum’s Mazda and Leggat Mazda not only helped me out a great deal but the attention was amazing. The process was seamless, thoughtful, and efficient. I had never dealt with them so they had no reason to treat me with such dignity. That’s true professionalism. Thank you Nic and the team at Leggat for a job well done. The other staff at Burlington Mazda were also very friendly and helpful when we had the chance to interact with them. The fact that you recognized from my driver's license that I was picking up the car the day before my birthday, and then proceeded to place a big bow and balloon on the car for my arrival, showed me that you truly value your customers!

Was here for my first maintenance. Very easy 24x7 drop off with their automated drop box. Dropped car at night, it was ready before noon. I had to schedule over phone of course. Staff answered all the questions I had and even shot a video how to do certain things in settings. Very positive experience overall.

Erik initially helped us when we began looking for a vehicle but we eventually purchased a Kia through Leggat Kia, however Erik helped us get in touch with them and made sure the whole process was smooth and we were taken care of. Erik was extremely professional, easy to talk to and built rapport with us to make us feel comfortable when he was showing us vehicles. He was never pushy or put pressure on us and actually listed to what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend Erik to anyone looking to buy a Mazda or used vehicle from Leggat!
